We had so much fun together last month on LATalkRadio, that Terry LeGrand, the host of “The Alternative,” invited me back to do a regular feature on the show.  This month I discussed the special role gay adoptive parents play in the lives of children (see this article for more information.)

My feature begins after 10 minutes – but, as always, the entire show is worth catching.  Terry gives his usual fiery opening monologue, and then, after I do my thing, he sits down with the hilarious drag entertainer, Ester Goldberg.

The People’s Therapist had fun the other night on the radio, chatting with LA Talk Radio host Terry LeGrand about some common misconceptions that gay and straight people hold about one another.

Here’s the interview.  I come on about 10 minutes into the show.

Terry is an interesting guy – and his show – “The Alternative, with Terry LeGrand” is not to be missed.

Here’s where you can find a schedule and an archive of past shows.

Here’s Terry’s webpage.

Terry is not only an LGBT rights activist and popular radio personality – he’s also a retired physician and the Co-Chair of ACT UP Southern California.  He’s invited me to come back on the show again next month.  I’ll let you know when the interview is available online.
